About Me

I defended my dissertation, "Bioelectrical Dynamics of the Entorhinal Cortex" on April 26, 2013, completing my Ph.D. in Bioengineering in The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory.

My work was advised by Steve Potter, Ph.D. and Beth Buffalo, Ph.D. Some of this work has been published with more publications from this work coming out soon.

I'm currently assisting in the development of a thalamic visual prosthesis, a device that will give sight to blind individuals, in the lab of John Pezaris, Ph.D. at Massachusetts General Hospital.
